Responsibilities

- Operational Support: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Communication: Relay guest requests and feedback to management promptly and professionally.
- Shift Coordination: Adhere to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required.
