- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls with a polite and helpful tone, transferring to the appropriate department when needed.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage correspondence, mail distribution, and general office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and maintain a log of all incoming traffic.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks to support the wider office team.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the lobby and reception area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
