Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for guests with efficiency and precision
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate special requests
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Monitor security protocols and ensure hotel safety standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments
- Perform nightly audits and prepare shift reports
- Market hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis attractions and transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if required for valet coordination)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
