Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Guest Services: Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS), while addressing any special requests or inquiries.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails promptly, and relay messages accurately to staff members.
- Front Desk Operations: Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, ensuring all stationery and supplies are stocked and professional.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints and issues with grace and efficiency, escalating complex matters to the Manager when necessary.
- Concierge Support: Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and reservation bookings for dining and entertainment.
- Security & Compliance: Verify guest identities, manage room keys securely, and adhere to all hotel safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Professionalism: Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as this is a part-time role.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software or reservation systems.
