Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using Opera property management system
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries with precision
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and problem resolution
- Execute upselling techniques for room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain security protocols and confidentiality of guest information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi) required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
