- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail in all guest interactions
- Operate multi-line phone systems and manage reservation modifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomKey)

- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
