Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with warm hospitality and accuracy
- Manage reservations and room assignments using OPERA system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain financial transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with reservation systems (PMS)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Multilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license (if airport transfers required)
