Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using property management systems
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with precision
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments, manage cash drawer, and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain clean and organized front desk area at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid New Mexico driver's license if required for shuttle services
