Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and walk-in guest services
- Operate PMS (Opera) systems for room assignments and billing
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with solution-oriented communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through attentive service and property knowledge
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Texas Food Handler certification (or obtain within 30 days)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
