Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with precision using Opera property management system
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and upselling opportunities
- Resolve guest inquiries with empathy and proactive problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Provide local attraction recommendations and transportation assistance
- Execute emergency procedures during critical situations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays
- Valid Maryland driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
