- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Utilize property management systems (e.g., Opera, Sabre) for daily operations

Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with hotel software and MS Office suite
