Responsibilities
- Efficiently check in/out guests using property management systems while maintaining accurate records
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with prompt, friendly service
- Process payments and manage financial transactions securely
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Operate switchboard and manage communication channels professionally
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in hotel/concierge role
- Proficiency with PMS systems (Opera, Sabre, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
