Responsibilities
- Create a warm and welcoming first impression for every guest, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently using our property management system (PMS).
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with computers and hotel reservation software.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong attention to detail.
