As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in/check-out process. We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and an excellent benefits package for our part-time staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Check-In/Out: Process guest registrations, payments, and room keys accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Guest Services: Assist guests with directions, restaurant recommendations, and local attractions to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Phone Operations: Manage incoming calls, take messages, and answer general inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Lobby Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby lounge.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Technology: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Professionalism: A neat, professional appearance and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
