Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Greet all visitors and guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a friendly, professional introduction to our facility.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, screen and direct calls, and take accurate messages.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Information Dissemination: Answer general inquiries regarding our services, hours, and location, and direct complex questions to the appropriate staff member.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist with booking appointments and maintaining the reception area schedule as needed.
- Visitor Management: Sign in guests, issue visitor badges, and ensure all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Administrative Support: Perform light clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous front desk or customer service experience is not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
