Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient front desk service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a polite and professional tone at all times.
- Assist with concierge services, including providing local recommendations and coordinating transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure room readiness.
- Process payments accurately and post charges to guest accounts using our property management system.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- A professional appearance, impeccable grooming standards, and a positive attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
