Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and billing.
- Greet all guests with a warm, welcoming demeanor and assist with inquiries regarding local attractions and services.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and resolve issues to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Operate the PBX telephone system and email correspondence professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Update guest records in the Property Management System (PMS) in real-time.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a fluent command of English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office).
