Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest check-in/out experiences with warm hospitality
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Handle guest concerns with empathy and proactive problem-solving
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Operate property management systems (Opera/PMS) efficiently
- Uphrigid brand standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and local services
- High school diploma or equivalent required
