Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage room inventory, reservations, and rate optimization using Opera PMS
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with discretion and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and premium services
- Conduct security protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid California hospitality certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of San Diego attractions and local services
- Professional appearance and polished customer service demeanor
