Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage reservations, answer multi-line phone systems, and respond to email inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist with lobby maintenance, ensuring the reception area is pristine and welcoming.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Process payments accurately and balance daily reports.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically with property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
