Your Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Manage reservations, answer multi-line phone systems, and respond to email inquiries promptly.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction scores.
  • Assist with lobby maintenance, ensuring the reception area is pristine and welcoming.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
  • Process payments accurately and balance daily reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong computer proficiency, specifically with property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
