Responsibilities
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes for guests with accuracy and efficiency.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest complaints and requests, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and manage room keys securely.
- Upsell hotel amenities and promote special packages to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required (Entry Level candidates welcome).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (training provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
