Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and waitlists using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Process payments, reconcile daily reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Provide local recommendations and assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations and transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Adhere to all safety, security, and hotel policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Hotel Receptionist is a plus but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a positive attitude.
