Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using our proprietary reservation system
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and local expertise
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for exceptional service delivery
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room packages and amenities
- Handle emergency situations with calm efficiency and follow protocol
- Maintain pristine front desk appearance and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience required
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for errand runs
