Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests warmly and managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Answering multi-line phone systems with a professional and friendly tone, transferring calls accurately.
- Handling guest inquiries, processing payments, and resolving issues with patience and poise.
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
- Managing mail, packages, and delivery coordination for guests.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the front desk area.
- Assisting with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior front desk or hospitality experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting light objects.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
