Responsibilities

- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises.
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and maintain lobby areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and POS systems.
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
