Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and privacy protocols are followed.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in-person with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate complex issues to the manager.
- Process payments and manage the front desk cash drawer with 100% accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and inviting appearance of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist with hotel key card management and room status updates.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is preferred but not always required for top candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- A professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
