Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management systems.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a smile and professionalism.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Operations: Process payments accurately and manage daily cash handling.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assistance: Provide information about local attractions and assist with luggage or special requests.
