Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, visitors, and employees upon arrival.
- Reception Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with poise, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately using property management software; handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Guest Assistance: Provide local recommendations and answer questions regarding services, hours, and amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces to uphold high standards.
- Cash Handling: Process payments, manage petty cash, and reconcile daily transactions with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are happy to train the right candidate; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Professional Image: Must present a neat, professional appearance and adhere to the company dress code.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
