Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage the hotel's P&L, ensuring profitability through effective cost control and revenue management strategies.
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and employee engagement.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing management team.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive occupancy and group bookings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license.
