Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism
- Monitor security protocols and manage room key access systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/Micros preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic knowledge of Orlando attractions and transportation
- Valid Florida driver's license (for airport runs)
