Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and provide accurate room availability information
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and communication
- Assist with luggage and guest transportation as needed
