- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Handle reservation modifications and respond to guest inquiries with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Perform nightly audits and prepare shift reports
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency with computers and reservation systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
