Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight front desk, security, and housekeeping operations
- Handle VIP guest check-ins, special requests, and emergency situations
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Conduct nightly audits and financial reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Implement service recovery for guest complaints
Qualifications
- 5+ years hotel management experience with 2+ years in night shift roles
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in 24/7 environments
- Expert knowledge of PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong financial acumen and inventory management
- CHIA or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
