Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out process.
- Operational Support: Manage the front desk operations efficiently, including answering multiple phone lines, responding to emails, and managing reservations.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Access Control: Monitor building security, issue key cards, and maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and visitors.
- Administrative Tasks: Process cash and credit transactions accurately, maintain daily logs, and assist with inventory management.
- Shift Coordination: Adapt quickly to changing schedules, working various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Professionalism: Polished appearance and professional demeanor; must be a team player.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
