Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
- Handle guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable stay.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in maintaining the lobby and public spaces in pristine condition.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide full training for the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
