Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and modify bookings using Opera PMS
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Address guest concerns with prompt, empathetic solutions
- Maintain accurate logs for security and incident reporting
- Execute end-of-night reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic knowledge of Baltimore attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Maryland driver's license preferred
