Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly following hotel protocols
- Monitor security systems and ensure property safety throughout the night
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational readiness
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Prepare guest rooms and public areas for daytime operations
- Assist with emergency procedures as needed
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
