Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with exceptional service
- Process secure payments and manage cash drawer operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for overnight operations
- Monitor property security systems and respond to emergencies
- Maintain accurate reservation records and room status updates
- Execute upselling strategies for premium room features and amenities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth attractions and transportation
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
