Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out process with efficiency and accuracy.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage guest inquiries regarding services, amenities, and local recommendations.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Monitor building security, including access control and key management, to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse guests.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 operation.
