Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk service, warmly greeting and checking in guests.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain the pristine condition of the lobby, public areas, and guest rooms.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in coordinating special events and catering services when required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Guestcentric).
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate objects.
