Responsibilities
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, and public areas are spotless, tidy, and inviting at all times.
- Strip beds, replace linens, and restock amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) to brand standards.
- Maintain restrooms and common areas, including cleaning mirrors, fixtures, and floors.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Sort and wash linens and towels according to health and safety regulations.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, security, and guest privacy.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
