Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and waitlists efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with hotel standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
