Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- Manage front desk operations, guest check-ins/check-outs, and resolve complex guest inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Schedule, train, and mentor front desk staff and housekeeping teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor security protocols and facility maintenance to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
- Handle cash handling, night audits, and financial reporting with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to implement service improvements and operational strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Front Desk Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
