Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer incoming calls and manage guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and manage guest folios accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with patience and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not mandatory.
