Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests and visitors upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and accurately.
- Operational Support: Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing mail, and handling inquiries via email and in-person.
- Shift Management: Monitor building security and access points during assigned shifts, ensuring a safe environment for all personnel and guests.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests and emergency situations, relaying information to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Customer Service: Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, key card activations, and daily shift reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable transportation method and the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Technology: Proficient in using computer systems, MS Office suite, and property management software.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are mandatory.
- Availability: Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including night shifts, to support 24/7 operations.
