Responsibilities
- Greet guests and residents warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Monitor building security and manage key card access for staff and guests.
- Handle front desk operations including mail handling, package deliveries, and concierge services.
- Process rent payments and resolve guest inquiries efficiently.
- Perform detailed shift handovers to ensure continuity of service.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium).
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
