Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, providing information and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist with booking reservations and managing the property management system (PMS).
- Address guest complaints or special requests with grace and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel reservation software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
