Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management systems (PMS).
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and reservation requests professionally.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with patience and a problem-solving attitude.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
