Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, including handling payments and key assignments.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding reservations, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, and any special requests to enhance their stay.
- Process incoming mail, express deliveries, and faxes in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby space.
- Handle guest complaints or issues professionally, escalating them to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly demeanor with a proactive approach to customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
