Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and ensure a smooth checkout process that exceeds expectations.
- Reservation Management: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and online reservations accurately using hotel management software to maximize occupancy.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and manage daily reports and audit logs with absolute precision.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations and assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and services to enhance their stay.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and verify the identity of guests to ensure the security of the property and guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, POS software, and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
